In 1992, we established an association with Family Debt Arbitration and Counseling Services, Inc., a nonprofit credit counseling agency serving their local community. This was the beginning of a long standing relationship. Having knowledge in the use of "online services" which were just evolving, our company foresaw the viability of providing credit counseling and debt management services through the various online services.

After a great deal of research and preparation, our first announcement was placed on America Online in November of 1992. Within a few months it was apparent to us that there was a great need for our services. Soon, thereafter, we obtained online accounts with CompuServe, GEnie, Prodigy and others. It is believed that our company was the first to provide credit counseling and debt management services through online services, and later, through the internet.

In 1995, it became apparent to us that the Information Superhighway was the wave of the future. After many months of research and painstaking hours learning hypertext markup language, designing graphics and copy editing, in March, 1996, we launched our official website, The Center For Debt Management.™

Our objective was to create a site where web surfers can visit at will and find an ever-expanding source of financial information focused primary on debt and money management. Over time, with the assistance of financial professionals and educators, we truly endeavor to make our site a leading center where debtors who are financially overburdened, or for anyone wishing to become financially literate, may visit to find solutions to their financial problems and get answers to their financial questions in a truly non-intimidating environment.

In furtherance of our objective, our company continues to update our site with new and timely information relating to debt and money management and to develop new relationships and associates to further serve the needs of our clients and visitors.

Since 1992, we have provided counseling and debt management services to tens of thousands of individuals. We currently have approximately 60,000 unique visitors per month. At our current growth rate we estimate over a million visitors in 2004! Our website now consist of over 2,000 pages—and it grows daily as we strive for excellence!

We are proud of our achievements. It is our goal to continue our mission, to broaden our reach and to provide a public service to both our clients and the world at large.

Today, The Center For Debt Management™ has established partnerships and affiliations with dozens of reputable companies in our quest to serve the needs of our visitors. Our main interest is in developing associations with companies that provide services and products befitting our clients and visitors.
