Chances are, however, when the credit card
issuer mailed you their shiny new plastic card
(with the extensive terms of agreement in print barely readable with a magnifying glass), they failed to include a user's manual. Nor were they required by the Surgeon General to include the following warning:

Caution: Misuse of a credit card could potentially destroy your good credit rating, cause marital discord, adversely affect your relationship with relatives, friends and associates, and ultimately bring you to financial ruins.

Be forewarned, however, that there are many
credit repair services that make false claims
as to what they are able to achieve. Generally speaking, accurate information of your credit
report will not be removed. But, there are many exceptions, and a credit repair service may be
able to remove both inaccurate and accurate information on your consumer credit report.
